When I was younger I didn't really have weight issues but found I started to gain weight as I got older and particularly when menopause hit. I tried every fad diet under the sun but nothing was sustainable and the weight came back with 'interest', despite exercising frantically and depriving myself of so many foods I enjoyed. I just didn't understand which way to go and felt confused by all the conflicting information about how to lose weight. Abandon the diet mentality and get to the bottom of obsessing over quick fix weight loss. I wanted to become a coach to learn as much as I could about healthy eating and building good habits. It has changed the way I think about food and my mindset.
